Its week 3 in our “Plastic Card Benefits” list! Today we are going to discuss how plastic cards can easily help you create promotions that are directly targeted to your customers. You be able to take advantage of all these great benefits you need to know about them to understand them. With little investment you can make great changes to your marketing and promotion strategies – whether you are a large multi-million corporation or a small mom-and-pop shop.
Benefit 3: Tracking customers & targeting promotions
Think about the first time you signed up for a discount or promotional program at your local pharmacy, grocery store, or department store. To sign up for their special program you have to provide them with some information about yourself – such as your name, birthday, email address, occupation, and some other information. Once they had this information you were part of their exclusive member club and all of a sudden you found yourself getting coupons and special offers for products that you like. This is the work of plastic cards.
Not only does your customer feel like you know them a little better – but you are cutting costs on promotions that only attract a small percentage of your customers; you’ll now be able to offer promotions that directly target each individual without breaking the bank. Every time your customer swipes or scans their membership, VIP, discount, or loyalty card you will be able to track the items they purchased, when they purchased it, and how many they purchase at a time. Not only is this great promotional tool, but it is an extremely easy way to gather loads of information about your customer at a very low cost.
So with the 3 tips we have given you we hope we have been able to inform about some of the great benefits that plastic cards can bring to your business. For more information regarding benefits, usages and pricing for pre-printed plastic cards call one of our card specialists at 305-260-6743 so we can further assist you.
Well I hope you all have a great weekend – and stay tuned for some plastic card fun facts that will be coming up next week!

Plastic Card Benefits – Part 2
We are in week 2 of our “Plastic Card Benefits” list. As promised last week, today we will talk about an important benefit that is offered by plastic cards. In business the rule always is that 80% of your business will come from 20% of your customers. Trying to bring in customers is a good strategy for your business – but taking care of that 20% that frequently goes to your business for your product or service is even more important.
Benefit 2: Increases repeated business
Think about all the plastic membership, VIP, and discount cards you have in your wallet. These are programs that we sign up for at our favorite stores (or stores we frequent) so we can receive certain exclusive specials, reward points or just because we want to be affiliated with this business. So why not do this with your business?
As stated earlier, most of your business will come from a small portion of your customers, which is because they are loyal to your company so give them another reason to stick with you. For example, offer a weekly sale such as a “buy one get one free” or “$5 off when they spend $50” that is only available to card holders. Things like this will keep your customers intrigued with what will be your next offer. Change them up and make it different every week, you’ll start to see that more people will start to frequent your business.
Next week: How to properly manage and use the information that can be collected with a plastic card.

Plastic Card Benefits - Part 1
Many people wonder what difference a plastic card makes versus the traditional paper card. So I decided for the next couple of weeks to fill you in with some of the advantages of plastic cards you did not know about! Today I will start with by explaining how plastic cards can help reduce some of your businesses expenses and still bring money for your business.
Benefit 1: Helps reduce marketing expenses
When you hand out a plastic card to your clients- whether a business, membership, loyalty or VIP card you are creating a long lasting impression. This will allow you to reduce your marketing expenses due to the exposure that plastic cards can help you achieve. With this additional exposure you are sure to great a strong company name and image just by handing out plastic cards. Not only will they keep the card for a longer time, but they are more likely to remember your company due to the impression a plastic card can make.
Next week we will discuss how plastic cards will help increase repeated business.

With Clear Cards the Possibilities are Endless
This week’s featured job is the 975 Emerald clear cards. These plastic cards produced for 975 Emerald were clear cards with images on both sides of the card and signature panels on certain areas of the card so they could manually write the numbers and information that correspond on the cards.
This card is a great example of how many different options are available to create a unique card for you and your business.
